So the day has come. Google has just announced its new project, Android Wear!! Now, this is essentially just an extension of Android, but, with the ability to run on smartwatches!! Well, better late than never Google!!!
Google took to its blog to announce Android Wear and along with it, they have also revealed several of its functions as well. And it seems that Google Now is going to take the center stage in Android powered smartwatches.
Google mentions that Android Wear is going to give us the relevant information at times when we need it most, it will answer to our questions by just saying 'OK Google', will help us stay fit and lastly we can launch apps from our watch on our phones by just calling out 'OK Google'!
