Samsung Galaxy S5, Gear 2 and Gear Fit Official Hands On video!

Last month Samsung announced slew of new devices. Most prominent among them was Samsung Galaxy S5, and now Samsung mobile's YouTube channel has release official hands on video to explain in detail the new functionality and features GS5 is equipped with!

Along with Galaxy S5, Samsung also announced Gear fit and Gear 2, Gear fit is a brand new device while Gear 2 takes the torch from original Galaxy Gear. And Samsung has released their Hands On video as well.

Chromecast to release worldwide!!

A lot of news is comming out of SXSW conference in Austin and Google's Sundar Pichai is the one spilling the beans this time.

This time its good news for the global Google fans. Chromecast will soon be releasing globally with local content streaming. We also heard about the global release of Chromecast worldwide but this kind of makes it official.

Google to release their own Android SDK for wearable technology!!

At SXSW conference, CNET's Daniel Terdiman tweeted that Android and Chrome head Sundar Pichai has said that Google will release their own Android SDK for wearable tech in 2 weeks time.

Pebble releases their App store for Android!

After releasing their App store for iOS, now Pebble have released their home baked App store for Android as well! It comes as way of an update to their current Android app which now includes an App store as well.

Blokes over at pebble says that it has taken them some time because they wanted to make sure that the Android version was just as good as the one on  iOS, so I'd say its well worth the wait.

CyanogenMod 11.0 M4 is out!

The next Milestone build M4, of CM 11.0 has been released by the CyanogenMod  for the users to download. Where milestone builds are more stable than the nightlies, they are still not perfect and without bugs. So users are advised to proceed with precaution. But if you are someone like me, you will not be waiting for the stable version and plunging for this Milestone release.

Android Apps of the week!

This week I've brought you some great apps, some of them, I've been using for a long time now and some are new. Theses apps are going to cater to different needs of different people, according to their use.

Well lets get started then!

QuickPic!

First up on the list is QuickPic. Its a photo gallery app and its the only one in the Play Store in this category that I've come to love. I've been using this app, like, forever. I've never used my default gallery app after I started using it. It is simply awesome, the best part is that its completely free and there are no Ads!!!

Samsung announced Chromebook 2!

So the wait is over. Samsung has finally announced its latest crop of chromebooks named Chromebook 2. It comes in 2 screen sizes 11.6 and 13.3 inches.

Both are equiped with Samsung own home baked Exynos 5 octa processors. Samsung is touting the battery time of 8 hours for the 11.6 inch model and 8.5 hours for 13.3 inch model.
